DESIPRAMINE
Desipramine is a tricyclic antidepressant used in the treatment of Enuresis (involuntary urination) in childhood and severe Obsessive Compulsive Neurosis. The assay is useful for monitoring serum concentration during therapy, evaluating potential toxicity and patient compliance.

Lamotrigine is used in the treatment of Bipolar I disorder and a wide variety of seizures including Primary generalized tonic clonic seizures and Partial seizures.
