These gammopathies may be seen in a wide spectrum of diseases like Multiple myeloma (MM), Macroglobulinemia, Plasma Cytoma, B cell lymphomas, disorders of monoclonal protein structure and certain premalignant conditions like MGUS. It can also help in assessing risk of progression of MGUS to MM.
